This is our 5th year to perform at
St. Rocco/St. Anthony Society Ishpeming ITALIAN FEST 2017!
An all-day picnic, regardless of your heritage! It is a GREAT time
for all of us to enjoy food, music, and family! Everyone is an Italian for the day!
There is NO admission fee.
This celebration has been in existence for 118 years!
MANY of the children’s activities are FREE of charge.
The Valela family will sell homemade Italian food in the food booth.
Various vendors will be serving cudighis, Italian sandwiches, hot dogs, snow cones, ice cream novelties, and much more.
The schedule is as follows: JAN AND GINO will perform from 2:00 PM-4:00 PM, Italian, and Italian-American favorites, and 1950-60’s Rock and Roll.
At 4:30 PM, the Ishpeming Blue Notes a local drum and bugle corps will play.
From 5:00 PM-7:00 PM, the Diamonti band of Chicago, will perform classic contemporary Italian and American music.
This is a rain or shine event. There are plenty of seating areas, and tents, but
bring an umbrella in case of inclement weather.
